- Valid Texas CLP for the requested class and applicable restrictions/endorsements
- Any legally required medical certification and ELDT status
- Required CLP holding period and DPS eligibility
- Confirmed or planned DPS appointment (customer’s responsibility to arrange)
- Safety approval and compliance with rental rules
Out-of-state applicants are not eligible. People working toward a CLP may receive information but may not schedule vehicle operation.
Texas DPS controls testing, scoring, licensing, locations, and appointment availability. FastPass CDL does not issue a CDL, guarantee a test result, or provide classroom ELDT theory. Equipment and service availability are subject to eligibility review and written terms.
