Payment & Cancellation Policy

Equipment/Access Rental — Cancellation & Refund Policy
This section applies to the Class A or Class B equipment/access fee (currently $2,300 for Class A; contact us for Class B pricing).
When a Reservation Is Confirmed
A rental reservation is confirmed only after (1) the signed equipment/access rental agreement is received by FastPass CDL, and (2) the applicable rental fee is paid in full. An availability request or verbal confirmation does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Deposits & Balance
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and balance due dates are stated in the rental agreement provided at time of booking. Contact FastPass CDL for current payment terms.
Customer Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, contact FastPass CDL and we will work to find an available date. Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability.
- Specific cancellation and refund terms — including any cancellation deadlines and applicable amounts — are stated in your signed rental agreement.
FastPass CDL Cancellation, Equipment Issues & Substitution
- FastPass CDL may substitute a comparable vehicle if safety or maintenance requires it. We will notify you as soon as possible.
- If FastPass CDL cancels a confirmed rental due to circumstances within our control, specific remedy terms are stated in the rental agreement.
DPS Appointment Changes
If Texas DPS changes or cancels your scheduled test appointment, contact FastPass CDL immediately. Rescheduling terms in this situation are stated in the rental agreement. FastPass CDL is not responsible for DPS appointment changes.
Test Result
The rental fee is not contingent on passing the DPS skills test. No refund is issued based on test outcome. FastPass CDL does not guarantee a passing result.
Limited Skills Orientation — Cancellation Policy
The limited skills orientation is not currently available for public enrollment. If and when it becomes available after written regulatory clearance, a separate cancellation and refund policy will be published that is specific to that service. Equipment rental does not include orientation and these are separate services.
Policy Summary
