FastPass CDL Truck Solutions helps eligible Texas CLP holders request Class A or Class B vehicle availability for confirmed or planned DPS CDL skills-test appointments. Current services are equipment/access rental and logistics only.
Current FastPass Services
FastPass CDL currently provides equipment/access rental and related logistics for eligible Texas CLP holders. All access is subject to availability, safety review, eligibility review, confirmed scheduling, and written rental terms.
Scheduled access to a Class A commercial motor vehicle and trailer configuration, subject to availability and written confirmation. Customers are responsible for verifying the vehicle configuration matches their CLP restrictions and DPS requirements.
Class B vehicle access may be available for eligible Texas CLP holders. Contact FastPass CDL to confirm current vehicle availability, configuration, and pricing.
FastPass CDL can coordinate test-day vehicle availability after eligibility review, signed written agreement, payment, and written confirmation. Texas DPS controls all testing, scoring, licensing, appointment availability, and final decisions.

FastPass CDL is not currently operating as a CDL school or vocational training program. Current services do not include instruction, classroom training, online training, ELDT theory, behind-the-wheel training, job placement, licensing, or guaranteed test results.

Who Can Request Vehicle Access
Vehicle access is available only for eligible Texas CLP holders. Before requesting availability, customers should confirm their DPS eligibility and any applicable FMCSA ELDT requirements.
People who do not yet hold a valid Texas CLP may request general information, but they may not schedule vehicle operation.

Vehicle access requires a valid Texas CLP for the requested class and applicable restrictions.
Let FastPass CDL know whether you need Class A or Class B vehicle access and whether you have a confirmed DPS skills-test appointment.
FastPass CDL reviews equipment availability, safety requirements, eligibility information, and requested dates.
No reservation is confirmed until the applicable written agreement is signed and payment terms are completed.
Vehicle access is limited to confirmed dates, locations, conditions, and terms. Texas DPS controls all testing, scoring, licensing, and appointment decisions.
Future CDL Training Services
FastPass CDL plans to offer classroom and online CDL training services in the future. These future services are pending Texas Workforce Commission approval.
FastPass CDL is not currently accepting enrollment, payment, deposits, or applications for classroom training, online training, ELDT theory, or a vocational CDL school program. Training services will not be offered, sold, scheduled, or delivered unless and until required approvals are obtained.
