1. About This Website

FastPass CDL Truck Solutions LLC (“FastPass CDL,” “we,” “us”) operates fastpasscdl.com and apply.fastpasscdl.com. These websites describe commercial vehicle, trailer, and yard access services for eligible Texas CLP holders and allow you to submit an availability and eligibility request.

By accessing or using these websites, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Availability & Eligibility Request Process

Submitting a request through this website or apply.fastpasscdl.com starts an availability and eligibility review. It is not a confirmed reservation or enrollment. FastPass CDL books DPS skills-test appointments and coordinates equipment availability. A reservation is confirmed in writing after the applicable rental requirements are complete.

3. Services Are Governed by Written Agreements

Each confirmed equipment/access rental is governed by its own written agreement with eligibility requirements, reservation conditions, and service scope. Review and sign the applicable agreement and complete the stated requirements before FastPass confirms your reservation in writing.

4. Eligibility

Vehicle operation requires a valid Texas CLP for the requested class, any legally required medical certification and ELDT status, the required CLP holding period, and DPS eligibility. Out-of-state applicants are not eligible. People working toward a CLP may receive information but may not schedule vehicle operation.

5. No Guarantee of Test Result

FastPass CDL does not guarantee a passing result on the Texas DPS CDL skills test. Passing depends on your preparation, eligibility, ability, and performance on test day, as evaluated by Texas DPS examiners. Texas DPS makes all final testing, scoring, and licensing decisions.

6. Scope of Services

FastPass CDL currently provides commercial vehicle, trailer, private-property access, DPS appointment booking, and related logistics for eligible Texas CLP holders. FastPass CDL does not currently provide classroom training, online training, ELDT theory, a vocational curriculum, CDL permits, CDL licenses, DPS testing, job placement, or guaranteed test results. Future classroom and online CDL training services are planned and will be offered only after required TWC approval.

7. Reservations and Scheduling

Reservation conditions and scheduling requirements are stated in the applicable signed rental agreement. See the Reservation & Scheduling Policy for a general summary. In the event of any conflict, the signed agreement controls.

8. SMS Communications

If you provide separate, unchecked consent to receive SMS messages, FastPass CDL may send you texts related to your availability request, service inquiry, scheduling, and follow-up. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not required to submit a request or purchase services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Service-specific responsibilities and limitations are described in the applicable signed rental agreement. Texas DPS controls appointment availability, testing, scoring, and licensing decisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

FastPass CDL may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
